Hyundai developed the i30 model and presented it at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show and now presented the pricing list for the Australian customers. But first thing is first. The model is available with six different engines capable of developing from 89 horsepower to 133 horsepower. Buyers will be offered a choice between manual and automatic six-speed transmissions, with engines providing a refined driving experience and enhanced fuel efficiency. This new Hyundai i30 features the latest active and passive safety technologies to ensure maximum protection for its occupants. The carmaker launched the new hatchback in Australia. The i30 is actually at its second generation there. The last vehicle showed face back in 2007. The engines available for this market include only the 1.8-liter petrol and the 1.6-liter diesel. The power will be sent to the wheels through 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic configurations. To be more precise, there are three trim levels available on the new i30 and these are Active, Elite and Premium. The basic car is fitted with Flex Steer system for selecting steering modes depending on the situation. The options include Comfort, Normal and Sport. All the output is being transferred to the road through 16-inch steel wheels. The model also features fog lights and has Bluetooth connectivity. The Elite features a 7-inch touch-screen with satellite navigation, push button start, automatic lights and keyless entry. The Premium transfers the power to the road through 17-inch alloys, electric park brake, full leather interior, panoramic sunroof and a lot more. The pricing list includes the Active 1.8-liter petrol manual - $20.990, the Active 1.8 petrol automatic - $22.990, the Active 1.6 diesel manual - $23.590 and the Active 1.6 diesel automatic - $25.590. The list continues with the Elite 1.8 petrol manual - $24.590, the Elite 1.8 petrol automatic - $26.590, the Elite 1.6 diesel manual - $27.190 and the Elite 1.6 diesel automatic - $29.190. The end finishes with the Premium 1.8 petrol automatic priced at $29.990 and the Premium 1.6 diesel automatic priced at $32.590.
