This year in March, at the Geneva Motor Show, the Italian carmaker Lamborghini revealed a tuning package for the Aventador LP700-4 developed by Mansory. The aftermarket specialists revealed different images containing a new version of the model. This time, the tuning kit was made using more lightweight material carbon fiber and it is called the Mansory Carbonado or the Black Diamond. The specialists have decided to build it as a limited edition and so, only six units will see the daylight.
Even if the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 uses a lot of carbon fiber, Mansory has replaced every exterior panel with even stronger composite material, this way showcasing its carbon fiber pattern. To be more precise, we can find carbon fiber in the front bumper fascia, front lip spoiler, side sills, front fenders, rear apron with integrated diffuser and large rear wing and quarter panels. This is actually not all.
The aftermarket specialists have also changed the roof and engine compartment covers with carbon fiber ones. In terms of performance, tuners from Mansory managed to optimize the engine management by adding a high-performance exhaust system. After the modification, the 12-cylinder is capable of developing 754 PS and 750 Nm of torque. This amount of power enables the Lamborghini Aventador Carbonado to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds and to reach a top speed of 355 km/h.
The standard version of the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 was capable of developing 700 PS and 690 Nm of torque. All the output is being transferred to the road through ultra-light forged rims with carbon-fiber inlays. The ones on the front axle measure 9.0x20 covered in VA 255/30 ZR20 tires and the ones on the rear axle 13.0 x 21 covered in HA 345/25 ZR21 tires. For the interior, the tuner provided a leather treatment.
