2012 Lamborghini Urus Concept review and pictures
Lamborghini engineers developed a new four-seat crossover vehicle to see how people will react to it. At the 2012 China Auto Show, the carmaker presented their latest project, the Urus Concept. There is not enough information on the engine, but it seems it will be capable of developing 600 horsepower, but it will have very low CO2 emissions, maybe the lowest in its class. The Urus Concept could the equipped with a V10 engine or a V8 turbo, or maybe both. The output will be sent to the wheels through a dual-clutch transmission and it will have permanent four-wheel drive gearbox with traction control. The carmaker used the same platform as the Bentley EXP 9 F Study. It features four seats and not just two and it is the first modern Lamborghini that seats four passengers. The carmaker hopes to sell approximately 3.000 units per year in the US, the UK, Germany, Russia, China and the Middle East.
