The sporty and powerful interior has been obtained by redesigning the dashboard together with more finely detailed surfaces of the controls with a metallic finish, a prominent trim panel, a new-generation center console, a leather steering wheel which features a chrome-plated center spoke, thus emphasizing the sporty ambience of the car.
A new generation of telematics scheduled for successive introduction across further model ranges, is incorporated in the new C-Class, offering its buyers larger 3-D displays, phone book transfer, text message display, wireless music via Bluetooth and a USB interface placed in the center armrest.
