2013 Audi A1 Line Style Edition review and pictures
German carmaker Audi has offered new specifications for both the Audi A1 and A1 Sportback models in conjunction with selected petrol and TDI engines. So that you know, the A1 S line Style Editions with their striking exterior and interior additions will be situated between the S line and more overt Black Edition options which are in fact available on the A1. To be more specific, the new S line Style Edition upgrade includes metallic paint finishes in a choice of Ice Silver, Phantom Black, Misano Red or Glacier White color schemes, to please more customers. There is also a gloss black finish for the contrasting roof line in three door versions and also a fully gloss black contrasting roof in Sportback models. In terms of exterior styling, the grille, side sills and bumpers have received special treatments. To transfer the output to the road, the engineers have offered 17-inch five V-spoke with a bi-color finish, which replaces the 17-inch five twin-spoke S line wheels offered as standard. There are three engines available for the A1 range.
There is a 1.2-liter TFSI unit capable of generating 86 PS, a 1.4-liter TFSI unit with 122 PS output and last, but not least, a 1.6-liter TDI with 105 PS. The fuel efficiency can go up to 74.3 mpg according to an official combined cycles test and 99 g/km Co2 emission level. The Black Edition models include 18-inch titanium finish alloy wheels, privacy glass and electronic climate control. The unit will come with a 1.4-liter TFSI capable of generating 140 PS and also with a 2.0-liter TDI with 143 PS output.
