2013 Dodge Charger AWD Sport review and pictures

The range of the Dodge Charger has received a new model. To be more precise, we are talking about a new all-wheel drive version. This option is for the drivers that feel more comfortable knowing the rear of their cars is in control during heavy winter, which according to several specialists is planned to arrive soon.
The new 2013 Dodge Charger AWD Sport Series was equipped to please a lot of people. Here we have to mention several styling and comfort elements, paddle shifters and a sport mode for the gearbox, for example. The specialists have also offered us the possibility to choose between two engines, a HEMI V8 capable of generating 370 horsepower and a Pentastar V6 that has as output 300 horsepower. The carmaker developed a Sport package that is available on the Charger SXT and SXT Plus AWD models. The price was established at $1.395. It is also available on the Charger R/T and R/T Plus AWD models, but for $1.195. According to Dodge this represents a 40% package savings discount in comparison with ordering the extras separately. The Sport edition offers a lot of other elements as well. For example a Gloss Black split-crosshair grille surround, a boot spoiler, the first application of steering wheel mounted paddle shifters and sport mode transmission calibration on Charger AWD model.
To transfer the output to the road, the engineers have offered 19-inch polished alloy wheels with Gloss Black pockets shod in all-season performance tires. The production process will begin this month and will and next year in February. Prices vary between $32.690 for the model with SXT base and can go up to $35.690 for the model that has as base R/T Plus. The Dodge Charger AWD Sport with SXT Plus base costs $34.690 and the Dodge Charger AWD Sport with R/T base, $33.690. These are all the details the American manufacturer revealed so far on the matter.
