2013 McLaren MP4-12C by Vorsteiner review and pictures

Specialists from Vorsteiner have developed tuning program for the McLaren MP4-12C model. We are actually talking about the MP4-VX package that introduces McLaren into the tuning world. The tuners have tried to keep most of the existing MP4 body lines, but have enhanced the original design to an edgier and more aggressive form. The team involved took into account the drivability and functionality with each part and made great effort to increase ground clearance while improving overall aerodynamics and appearance. In be more precise, the new program includes one-piece aluminum forged wheel technology as the wheels have been developed to be specifically load rated to the weight of this particular McLaren. Now, the new wheels are 20 x 9J and 21 x 12J in size covered in 245 / 25 / 20 and 325 / 30 / 21 tires which offer great stability.
The kit includes carbon fiber front bumper with dual air duct system and side ventilation louvers, carbon fiber add-on front spoiler, carbon fiber rear diffuser with integrated Dual Diffuser Tunnels, carbon fiber rear bumper with dual ventilation louvers and central vent opening and last, but not least, 4-piece carbon fiber side skirt blade with floating front fin elements. The nose of the car was redesigned and made entirely out of dry carbon fiber pre-preg autoclave technology. The new McLaren MP4-12C by Vorsteiner includes a full replacement bumper cover with elements like a redesigned air ducting system, side vent elements and a separate front spoiler that helps increase front end down force.
The highlight of the program is the replacement carbon fiber rear bumper cover and rear diffuser element. The optical carbon fiber rear bumper also comes with two ventilation louvers on the side and one in the center to assist with heat dissipation from the engine and exhaust.
