Famous Parts, the German tuning company, has made a name for itself in the auto world, being one of the most expert firms of this type. The latest project they have been working on is a new Mercedes McLaren SLR Roadster.
Famous Parts didn’t do one of their greatest jobs in matter of tuning a vehicle, but it managed to add a little extra personality to the Mercedes McLaren SLR Roadster, which is by all means an extraordinary car. The super vehicle has received a KW adjustable suspension which offers it a sportier appearance. The vehicle rides on 20- / 21-inch ADV.1 5.2 MV2 SL wheels with a brushed silver finish. A tailor-made titanium exhaust system is also in plan but there is no information about how this will affect performance.
Just as a reminder, the Mercedes McLaren SLR Roadster is powered by a 5.4-liter V8 engine that generates 626 HP (460 kW) and 780 Nm (575 lb-ft) of torque. It is linked to a five-speed transmission which allows the vehicle to sprint from 0-100 km/h in 3.8 seconds and to reach a maximum speed of 332 km/h (206 mph). It is not very impressive but the Famous Parts upgraded vehicle certainly offers a sensational driving performance on the road surface.
