Porsche 911 Carrera S Convertible by Gemballa

That Porsche means the peak of everything starting with luxury and performance, is something that anyone in the world knows. Well, the guys from Gemballa certainly know it too. Still, this hasn’t stopped them to pick up a Porsche and invent a tuning package for it. And we are taking here about Porsche 911 Carrera S Convertible.

The tuned Porsche 911 Carrera S Convertible has Gemballa print all over its body. The vehicle has been equipped with a new front bumper, a carbon fiber front lip spoiler and revised side skirts. A reinvented rear end with a new bumper that has a small diffuser and a carbon fiber strip between the taillights has also been added. These elements are joined in a tuning package that costs €19,860 ($25,990). Aditionally, with extra money and extra fun, the client can order a bespoke interior with premium leather or Alcantara upholstery as well as carbon fiber, wood or aluminum trim.

The upgrading pack provided by Gemballa adds some more interesting things to the Porsche 911 Carrera S Convertible. The vehicle’s height has been reduced by 20 mm because of the sport springs. It has also received high performance Brembo brakes and a "dual triple" exhaust system. The exhaust system used here allows the 3.8-liter flat six engine to produce 405 HP (302 kW) and 440 Nm (324 lb-ft) of torque. This means an increase of 10 HP (7 kW) from the basic model.

Gemballa is a company that in its 30 years of experience has learned step by step many things and tricks of Porsche cars and their character. They know that to achieve good results they cannot look just at individual parts, they have to consider the effect on the whole package. And this is something they tried to do with their last project, the Porsche 911 Carrera S Convertible.
