Volvo had collaborated with tuner Heico Sportiv and together they have developed the first-ever racing version of the Volvo V40. Enthusiasts will have the opportunity to see it for the first time in Germany, in Leipzig at the Auto Mobil International. The tuner will offer an accessories program that will contain several styling elements. In the gallery you can see two sketches of how will the model look like with the tuning kit. The carbon fiber body kit features new wheels arches that were widened, a front lower front spoiler and also a rear wing used only for races. The new V40 racecar will be powered by a 5-cylinder turbo diesel D5 engine capable of developing 300 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque. At the 24 Hour race at the Nurburgring it will use bio-diesel.
