2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class AMG-Line by Brabus review and pictures

And speaking about tuning, there is no other company more preoccupied by Mercedes cars than Brabus. When a Mercedes-Benz is modified by Brabus you expect the unexpected. This time the high performance tuning company has chosen to work on the current generation Mercedes-Benz C-Class AMG-Line.
The tuning package designed by Brabus for the Mercedes-Benz C-Class includes a new spoiler attached to the lower part of the AMG-Line bumper at the front, and a Brabus rear spoiler that can go with every sedan in the class. The tuner sustains that the rear “diffuser-look” bumper insert offers the perfect backdrop for the four chrome-plated tailpipes of the sports exhaust system. To complete the perfect picture, Brabus equipped the vehicle with a set of new wheels that can vary in size. They can measure 18, 19 or 20 inches and can be wrapped in performance rubbers of sizes up to 225/35 ZR 20 and 255/30 ZR 20 manufactured by Continental, Pirelli and Yokohama.
The Mercedes-Benz C-Class AMG-Line also includes new sports springs suspensions which bring the car closer to ground by 30mm. The C-Class versions that feature Airmatic suspension can receive a control module to lower the car. Brabus is also concerned with increasing the power of the vehicles. This is how the C180 can output 177 PS (130 kW), the C200 variant generates 30 Nm (22 lb-ft) more torque with the maximum power of this model increasing to 225 PS (165 kW) with a top torque of 330 Nm (243 lb-ft), which is enough for the C200 to sprint the 100 km/h (62 mph) in 7.0 seconds. A nice job done here by Brabus, indeed.
