Porsche 911 Turbo S by Edo Competition

Porsche is characterized by strong ideals and building sports cars has become an art that makes them a unique, trustful company. Fifty years ago, the German company has launched a concept that was Porsche 911. Between then and now, tradition mingled with modernism and the concept has set high standards and thrilled every generation of sports car fans. In addition it drew the attention of many tuning companies. And Evo Competition is the last of them which has recently come up with a tuning package for the Porsche 911 Turbo S.

Edo Competition does some tricks on the engine powering the Porsche 911 Turbo S so that it now develops 590 BHP (434 kW) and 780 Nm of torque. This makes it able to sprint from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 2.8 seconds, which means it is 0.4 seconds faster than the stock car. The tuned car can reach a maximum speed of 327 km/h, which is 9 km/h more than the standard version.

Edo competition did not stop at tuning just the engine. It also has to offer different interior and exterior styling upgrades for the Porsche 911 Turbo S. The vehicle is equipped with a new set of sport shock absorbers, which bring the vehicle lower to ground by 30 mm. The car received a custom set of wheels sized 9.0x20 at the front with 245/35R20 tires and 11.5x20 at the rear with 305/30R20 rubbers. Edo pleads for using Continental Force Contact or Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. This remains at the client’s wish.
