SLP was founded in 1986 by Ed Hamburger. Their mission was to provide late model Camaro and Firebird owners with a complete selection (One-Stop-Shopping) of “Street Legal Performance” products that would enhance the performance, handling and fuel economy of their cars. Now, after 32 years of existence their goal is the same: to improve Camaro vehicles. And the last project involves the 2015 Chevrolet Yenko Camaro.
SLP’ strongest point in this tuning program on the 2015 Chevrolet Yenko Camaro is an impressive power boost. The supercar is powered by a hand-built 427 CID LS7 engine with an aluminum block and heads. The engine’s capacity is increased using a TVS 2300 Style supercharger. SLP's Yenko Camaro is also equipped with a dual-clutch. The vehicle is nothing but a beast on road.
The 2015 Chevrolet Yenko Camaro is also equipped with various graphics and badges, sill plates, an RTM hood with a grille, a GM heritage-style front grille, a flat black stock spoiler, and an engine cover. The SLP Yenko Camaro comes with a leather interior, and a set of 5-spoke light alloy wheels with a Gunmetal finish, a Machined Lip, and sYc center caps. There is no word on the price yet.
