A big accident took place on the Dubai-Abu Dhabi highway this weekend
As a result of a great accident that happened this weekend on the Dubai-Abu Dhabi highway a man lost his life. In the same incident another 61 people were involved, but most of them ended with just minor injuries. Speeding was the cause of the tragedy, but also heavy fog. At around 8am was the time it happened, and the epicenter was between Sahama and Ghantoot.
The vehicle you see in the picture has left nine people in very bad conditions. The police arrived at the scene in just five minutes after the event was signaled. With the 100 police cars, another 17 vehicles from the armed forces came along and also ambulances.
With their competence, the emergency services managed to take care of everyone and bring all traffic back to normal in just a couple of hours.
