Chrysler has a lot of plans. Everything started a month ago, when the carmaker stopped selling duplicate offerings so that each of its brands would have a unique lineup.
It seems that the carmaker will offer a replacement for the Chrysler Town & Country eliminating the Grand Caravan from the range.
The Canadians are safe though, because the model will still be on their market, but they will not get the Town & Country model. The decision was taken because the Town & Country outsells the Grand Caravan approximately 2 to 1 in the US and a completely different situation in Canada, where the Dodge model outsells its Chrysler minivan by 10 to 1. Actually we think this was a very easy decision the company had to take and it was the wise one.
The carmaker will introduce the Town & Country in 2013 so you still have a lot of time to think if it really suits you.
