Drawing cars used to be a pleasure for many teenagers. But as the time passed, new ways of spending time have appeared. However, there is one guy who sticks to tradition. Theophilus Chin is the name that has a hobby from designing cool potential vehicles. The last car he imagined is a convertible version of the 2015 Chrysler 200.
The 2015 Chrysler 200 is one of the stars of this year’s NAIAS in Detroit. Although no one has ever mentioned anything about a convertible Chrysler 200, this hasn’t stopped Theophilus Chin into thinking way in advance and imagining it for us. The digital illustration looks quite great and the subject might have plenty of potential in becoming a convertible. But first, Chrysler is surely expecting to see the sedan’s success.
The 2015 Chrysler 200 can be powered by either a 184 bhp 2.4-liter TigerShark engine or a 295 bhp Pentastar V6 3.6-liter unit. The two of them will be linked to a 9-speed automatic gearbox that can send power to an optional AWD system having a complete rear-axle disconnect. The vehicle will be available in dealerships since the second half of the year and its price starts at 21,700 USD, excluding taxes.
